What Clear Aligners Are
Clear aligners are removable orthodontic appliances used to gradually move teeth over time. A series of custom-made aligners is designed using digital scans of your teeth. Each aligner applies small, controlled forces to guide teeth into a new position. Aligners are typically worn most of the day and removed for eating and cleaning. Treatment plans and outcomes vary depending on the individual case.

The Treatment Process
1. Consultation and Assessment
Your dentist examines your teeth and bite and discusses whether clear aligners orthodontic treatment may be appropriate.
2. Digital Scan and ClinCheck
A digital scan of your teeth is taken to plan the movement of the teeth. A custom treatment plan called ClinCheck is created.
4. Monitoring Appointments
Each aligner is worn for a set period before progressing to the next. Regular visits allow the dentist to monitor progress. Treatment time varies depending on the individual case.
5. Vivera Retainers
Upon finishing your Invisalign treatment, we will review the results and you will receive your Vivera retainers. In some cases, additional aligners might need to be requested.
